Get yourself 6 Months of Virtual Office rental in either Nottingham or Peterborough for £9.99 which includes one mailing name. If you want us to accept mail for several names you can have the unlimited mailing names package for £19.99 for 6 months. This is handy for accepting mail for several companies you are director of or family members etc. More details of our branches can be seen by clicking the location.
In the event that you would like mail forwarding or scanning to you just topup your account a minimum of £5 and we will deduct the charges. Mail forwarding is charged at Royal Mail’s standard postage rate plus £0.20 per forwarding. (per forwarding could be a consolidation of mail e.g. 3 letters in one envelope we would charge the £0.20 once). Scanning is charged at £0.30 per page but can be decreased for large quantities.
At the end of the 6 months you can either cancel or continue on to one of the below tariffs. If your current providers contract has not ended yet. That’s fine! Join today and start the account later!

As part of the Small Business Saturday event we are offering 2 months free rental of our Nottingham branch. Usually we charge £4.00 per month for this so you will getting a saving of £8.00. Mail can be collected, scanned or forwarded via post or courier. We only charge for postage and packaging/scanning – no forwarding fees whatsoever.
You are not tied in to any contract have the 2 months for free to see how it goes. If you want to stay with us after that you can go on to either a monthly, 6 monthly or yearly contract. We believe we are the cheapest in the UK. You will get your own unique number that your mail can be addressed to and we can submit you on to the royal mails database for free. This deal also applies to our Mailbox address in Nottingham also.
We ask for you to top your account up with a minimum of £5.00 for mail forwarding/scanning etc. But this is not needed immediately we can contact you when mail arrives for you to top your account up if you wish
After the 2 months have passed we will topup your account with a free postage topup such as £10 if you signup for a 6 month contract or £15 if you sign up for a yearly contract.
