1. How do i Add / Remove Mailbox Names?Please login to your account and click on the Virtual Office Menu. Alternatively a direct link is here.
2. How do i Top Up Mail Forwarding/Scanning Credit. Please login to your account and click on the Virtual Office Menu and then Add Credit.
3. I can not log into my account on the websitePlease reset your password here. If you can still not login please send us your IP address to look into the issue (you can find your IP Address here) and send a support request via the below form to customer services.
4. How can i check to see if my Virtual Office location has my mail?We have now made a form that will go directly to the Mail Room for them to check. Each Mail Room has their own form. Please find them here : Peterborough, Nottingham, London.
5. How can i check to see when mail was forwarded/scanned or how much credit i have? Every time mail is forwarded/scanned an invoice is made, These invoices and remaining credit can be found here.
