Been with Eazi since mid 2015. So far fairly good. There can sometimes be a bit of a delay between mail being sent and scanned, but at most it's a couple of weeks, which hasn't been critical for me. I don't get parcels sent there, so can't comment about that service.
You do need to supply a lot of information when opening an account, but it's in-line with industry standards.
Overall, a pretty decent service and I'm happy enough with them.

Excellent, if you need a virtual address, they provide an excellent solution. Mail was held for us to collect when convenient, we were notified by email. Any queries were always handled quickly and professionally.
Very reasonable price and great service.
