I have been using Eazi Virtual Solutions for nearly 2 years now and I have found the service excellent. My forwarded mail arrives promptly and whenever I have needed to contact customer support the response has been swift, efficient and very polite. So as you can tell, I am a very happy customer. Oh and the rates are really good, perhaps the best in the industry!

Been with Eazi since mid 2015. So far fairly good. There can sometimes be a bit of a delay between mail being sent and scanned, but at most it's a couple of weeks, which hasn't been critical for me. I don't get parcels sent there, so can't comment about that service.
You do need to supply a lot of information when opening an account, but it's in-line with industry standards.
Overall, a pretty decent service and I'm happy enough with them.
